AZZ Inc. v. Morgan, No. 02-14-00097-CV (Apr. 9, 2015) (Walker, J., joined by Dauphinot and Gardner, JJ.).

Held:  Because the evidence does not conclusively establish past lost profits and because the jury’s zero past and future lost-profits damages findings are not against the great weight and preponderance of the evidence, we affirm the trial court’s judgment on the jury’s verdict that AZZ take nothing.
