In re J.L.C., No. 02-0005-449 (May 18, 2006) (Holman, J., joined by Walker and McCoy, JJ.).
Held: The trial court properly denied the mother’s request to dismiss suit affecting the parent child relationship. The mother asked the court to extend the dismissal deadline, and she could not complain on appeal that the trial court granted the relief she requested. The evidence was factually sufficient to show that termination was in the child’s best interest.
