Powell v. State, No. 02-03-00455-CR (Mar. 8, 2007) (op. on Appellant's PDR) (Dauphinot, J., joined by Cayce, C.J., and Gardner, J.).
Held: In light of the holding by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals that the evidence is legally sufficient to support Appellant's conviction for burglary of a habitation, and following the standard of review announced by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, we are compelled to hold that the evidence is also factually sufficient to support Appellant's conviction.
