Eichelberger v. State, No. 02-06-00078-CR (May 31, 2007) (Walker, J., joined by Livingston and Dauphinot, JJ.).
Held: The trial court did not abuse its discretion by denying admission into evidence of plea-bargained sentences obtained by nontestifying accomplices.
