Degadillo v. State,   No. 02-07-00183-CR  (June 26, 2008)    (McCoy, J., joined by Livingston and Dauphinot, JJ.).
Held:   Because both Appellant and his trial attorney explicitly requested that the trial court substitute an excused veniremember for a disqualified juror, and because they both explicitly agreed with the trial court's decision to do so, the doctrine of invited error estops Appellant from complaining on appeal about the trial court's actions.
