Collins v. Tex Mall, L.P.,   No. 02-07-00370-CV    (Aug. 20, 2009)   (Cayce, C.J., joined by Gardner and Walker, JJ.).
Held:   Under the Texas General Arbitration Act, found in chapter 171 of the civil practice and remedies code, and common law, the trial court lacks authority to review and confirm a “partial final” arbitration award voiding lis pendens when the award does not dispose of all matters submitted to arbitration or a separate independent claim of the parties.
