In re T.L.K.,   No. 02-09-00260-CV   (June 10, 2010)   (McCoy, J., joined by Dauphinot and Walker, JJ.)
Held:   The juvenile court lacked jurisdiction because the State's petition failed to set forth with reasonable particularity the "place" where the juvenile’s alleged delinquent conduct occurred as required by statute and the juvenile had not waived his right to notice in the manner provided by section 51.09 of the juvenile justice code.
