Walker v. State,   No. 02-09-00209-CR    (Oct. 14, 2010)    (Meier, J., joined by Livingston, C.J., and McCoy, J.).
Held:    The evidence is sufficient to support Appellant's convictions for terroristic threat against a public servant and hindering proceedings by disorderly conduct, and penal code sections 22.07 and 38.13 are not unconstitutional as applied to Appellant.
