In re Tex. Dep't of Family & Protective Servs.,   No. 02-11-00248-CV   (Aug. 11, 2011)   (orig. proceeding) (Meier, J., joined by Gardner and McCoy, JJ.).
Held:   The county court at law clearly abused its discretion by ordering a monitored return of M.P. to his mother after the dismissal date established by family code section 263.403(c) had passed.
