CTL/Thompson Tex., LLC v. Starwood Homeowner's Ass'n, Inc.,   No. 02-11-00160-CV    (Sept. 29, 2011)   (Walker, J., joined by McCoy and Meier, JJ.).
Held:   Because Starwood nonsuited all its claims in the trial court and because CTL's chapter 150 motion to dismiss is not a motion for sanctions that survives the nonsuit, the appeal is moot.
