State v. Le Richardson,   No. 02-10-00058-CR    (Nov. 10, 2011)   (Gardner, J., joined by Walker and Gabriel, JJ.).

Held:   The trial court's pretrial order quashing the enhancement allegations in the indictment did not dismiss a portion of the indictment. Therefore, the State's appeal is not permitted under article 44.01(a)(1) of the code of criminal procedure.
