Henson v. Reddin, No. 02-11-00029-CV (Jan. 5, 2012) (Walker, J., joined by Livingston, C.J., and Dauphinot, J.).
Held: The evidence is legally and factually sufficient to show that a conversion took place. The evidence is also legally and factually sufficient to support the damages award under the unique circumstances presented here.
