Hall v. State, No. 02-11-00303-CR (June 14, 2012) (Livingston, C.J., joined by Walker and McCoy, JJ).
Held:  The trial court did not err by signing a nunc pro tunc order because the trial court corrected a clerical error in its initial written judgment and because the record establishes that the trial court's amended written judgment matches the judgment that the trial court had orally rendered. Also, the trial court's revocation of appellant's probation that resulted from the juvenile court's adjudication of his delinquency did not comprise double jeopardy.
