Wehrenberg v. State, Nos. 02-11-00560-CR, 02-11-00561-CR  (Nov. 8, 2012)   (Meier, J., joined by Gardner and Walker, JJ.).
Held: The trial court erred by denying in part Wehrenberg's motion to suppress because exigent circumstances did not justify the warrantless entry into the residence and the federal independent source doctrine did not apply to except the challenged evidence from the Texas exclusionary rule.
