Raesz v. Mitchell, No. 02-12-00188-CV (Aug. 29, 2013) (Gardner, J., joined by Livingston, C.J., and Dauphinot, J.).
Held:  The county clerk did not have a ministerial duty to provide Appellant with copies of requested exhibits from a criminal proceeding. The trial court thus did not err by denying Appellant's petition for writ of mandamus.
