Domino v. Allmand & Lee, PLLC, No. 02-13-00252-CV (July 24, 2014) (McCoy, J., joined by Livingston, C.J., and Meier, J.).
Held: When Chapter 13 bankruptcy case in which alleged malpractice occurred ended in dismissal and appellants filed a new Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding two days after the Chapter 13 case was dismissed instead of appealing the Chapter 13 dismissal, limitations was not tolled under Hughes v. Mahaney & Higgins, 821 S.W.2d 154 (Tex. 1991).
