Updated JBCC Rules
JBCC Rules Updated (Effective April 12, 2018)
The JBCC Rules were approved by the Supreme Court of Texas on 11/17/2023 and are effective immediately. Please refer to the rules on the Statutes, Rules and Policies page of our website for all changes.
Some of the changes include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Changes in fees,
- 2 hours of ethics CE requirement for Process Servers,
- Timelines for submitting applications,
- Clarification of passing exam scores for Guardianship Certification.
