In re T.S.L., No. 02-0004-154 (Apr. 27, 2006) (Dauphinot, J., joined by Cayce, C.J., and McCoy, J.).
Held: The determination of the bureau of vital statistics that the 325th District Court is the court of continuing jurisdiction in this case renders the 233rd District Court’s judgment void under section 155.204(b) of the family code.
