In re Loban,   No. 2-07-400-CV   (Jan. 4, 2008)   (Walker, J., joined by Cayce, C.J., and Dauphinot, J.).
Held:    Because the plain language of the legislation involved fails to provide any statutory vehicle to appeal a civil judgment declaring a dog to be dangerous from the Grapevine municipal court of record to Tarrant County Court at Law No. 3, we must deny Relators’ joint petition for writ of mandamus.
