Town of Flower Mound v. Mockingbird Pipeline, L.P.,   No. 02-10-00069-CV    (Oct. 13, 2011)   (McCoy, J., joined by Gardner, J., and William Brigham, J. (Senior Justice, Retired, Sitting by Assignment)).
Held:   Civil practice and remedies code section 51.014(a) does not include "statutory probate code" in the list of courts from which an interlocutory appeal may be taken; therefore, Appellant's appeal from the Denton County Probate Court must be dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
