Arnold v. Price,   No. 02-10-00054-CV    (Dec. 22, 2011)   (Gardner, J., joined by Livingston, C.J., and Walker, J.).
Held:   The Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) is the exclusive statutory scheme for determining subject matter jurisdiction over child custody proceedings, and the trial court in this case did not have subject matter jurisdiction over the child custody portion of the parties' divorce proceedings pursuant to the UCCJEA.
