Gilley v. State, No. 02-11-00345-CR  (Oct. 11, 2012)   (Gabriel, J., joined by McCoy and Meier, JJ.).
Held: Excluding the defendant and his counsel from an in-camera competency examination of the child complainant in this aggravated sexual assault of a child case did not violate the Confrontation Clause, due process, or rule of evidence 601.
