Richardson v. State, No. 02-11-00501-CR (Apr. 18, 2013) (Gardner, J., joined by Walker, J.; Dauphinot, J., dissents with opinion).
Held: Reasonable suspicion supported continuation of Appellant's detention beyond the issuance of a written warning.
Dissent: To remain consistent with this court's en banc majority opinion in State v. Cox, we should hold that because there is no written order denying Appellant's motion to suppress, there is nothing to appeal from the suppression ruling.
