Hicks v. State, No. 02-12-00104-CR (Oct. 24, 2013) (Dauphinot, J., joined by Gardner, J.; Walker, J., concurs without opinion).
Held:  Because Appellant had ample opportunity to raise his sentencing complaint in the trial court—at allocution, during closing argument, and in his motion for new trial—but raised it first on appeal, he forfeited his point..
