D.R. Horton - Tex., Ltd. v. Savannah Props. Assocs. L.P., No. 02-12-00349-CV   (Nov. 7, 2013)   (Gardner, J., joined by Meier and Gabriel, JJ.).
Held:  The trial court did not abuse its discretion by not continuing the submission date of Appellee's motions for summary judgment. The trial court did not err by granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee.
