Second Court of Appeals

Appointments & Fees Reports

Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 36.004, these reports have been prepared and posted by the Second Court of Appeals to report on court appointments for an attorney ad litem, guardian ad litem, guardian, mediator, or competency evaluator for a case before the court in the preceding month.

The Second Court of Appeals does not appoint mediators. The court refers cases to mediation only if the parties voluntarily choose and agree upon a mediator. For a court that does not make an appointment in the preceding month, the clerk of the court must file a report indicating that no appointment was made by the court in that month. Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 36.004(a). The court’s “no activity” reports are posted below.
