Governor Announces Former Appeals Court Justice Brett Busby's Appointment to the Court
Gov. Greg Abbott in a message to the Senate released Thursday nominated former Appeals Court Justice Brett Busby of Houston to replace retired Justice Phil Johnson, who left the Court at the end of December.
