Clerks & Court Reporters 

Clerks' and Reporters' Records must be filed electronically and must conform to Appendix C of the Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure (which specifies conformance with the Uniform Format Manual for Texas Reporters' Records) and must be submitted through the TAMES Report Submission Portal (RSP). To request access to the TAMES portal, select the Request an Account link at the bottom right corner of the Login Form. Once processed, a password and filing instructions will be e-mailed to you by the Office of Court Administration.

Documents cannot be "locked" by the filer as this prevents application of the electronic file stamp by the Third Court of Appeals. Locked documents will be rejected and the filer will be required to resubmit the filing.

Notice will issue once the record has been successfully filed by the Third Court of Appeals.

Extensions of Time / Noticing - Clerks and Court Reporters should email requests for extension of time, notices, and status reports to 3rdclerksandreporters@txcourts.gov. All documents, including requests, should be submitted as PDF attachments. (Clerks' and Reporter's records must be submitted by way of the TAMES portal.)
