Thirteenth Court of Appeals

The Hidalgo County offices of the Court are located in the Hidalgo County Administration building at 100 E. Cano Street, Edinburg, Texas. Hidalgo County officials announced that renovation work on the Administration Building will begin on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, and will take between 12-18 months to complete. The Thirteenth Court of Appeals will remain open during the renovation process. During this time, the only entrance to the Administration Building will be located on the southeast corner, near the alley. The Administration Building's parking lot will be closed, but parking will be available at the parking lot located directly south of the building (East of Capital One) and at the parking lot located southeast of the Administration Building at 12th and Mahal street (Shady Lawn). The Thirteenth Court of Appeals encourages visitors to exercise caution when traveling through construction areas.
