If you receive one of these emails or have questions about the legitimacy of an email that you receive from the Second Court of Appeals, please contact the clerk’s office at (817) 884-1900.

The Business Court has amended the Local Rules of the Business Court, effective January 15, 2026. Rule 9(b) has been amended. Rules 10(d) and 10(e) have been added. There are no other changes.
The Second Court of Appeals will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
The Fifth Court of Appeals will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
