NEW LOCAL RULE REGARDING EN BANC MOTIONS FOR RECONSIDERATION

Most notably, the first page of the motion must now include a statement that addresses the en banc standard in TRAP 41.2(c). Click here for the new local rule
The Twelfth Court of Appeals will be closed Friday, April 2nd, in observance of Good Friday.
The Business Court has amended the Local Rules of the Business Court, effective April 1, 2026. Rules 1, 2, 3,4 ,5 ,8 9, and 10(a) have been amended.

The Business Court has also amended the Local Rules of Administration for the Business Court, effective April 1, 2026. Rule 8 has been added.
