It has been brought to our attention that some of our licensees are receiving emails that appear to be from the JBCC. These emails are not from the Judicial Branch Certification Commission or any court or agency within the Texas Judiciary. Please be advised that these are phishing scams. Do not click on any links or open any attachments.

• Some of our licensees are receiving an email message with subject line, "2026 Texas Court Information Verification." Please disregard and delete the email.
• The “From” name is shown as "Kimberly Lee IT Director", but it’s being sent from email address, lovelykimberlylee@outlook.com. We strongly encourage you to block that email address
