Harris County Republican Party, Cindy Siegel, Chair, and Rachel Leal-Hudson, in the 190th District Court of Harris County, Texas, is stayed pending further order of this Court. The primary election and the activities of all candidates and party officials may proceed without regard to the district court’s final judgment, which shall have no effect pending further order of this Court. Any appeal of the final judgment may proceed.
