Court Interpretation Services
Senate Bill 380 and HB 3474 (88th Legislature) requires each county auditor, or other individual designated by the commissioners court of a county, in consultation with the district and county clerks, to submit a report on the money the county spent during the preceding fiscal year to provide court-ordered interpretation services in civil and criminal proceedings. The first reporting period is from October 2023 to September 2024, and due to OCA by November 1, 2024, on the new court-ordered interpretation services section of the TIDC Auditor's reporting portal.
