In Re T.H., No. 02-21-00263-CV (Oct. 21, 2021) (orig. proceeding) (Birdwell, J., joined by Bassel and Wallach, JJ.).  

Held: Relators’ petition for writ of mandamus is conditionally granted because Respondent abused her discretion by failing to transfer venue of a suit affecting a parent-child relationship; Relators demonstrated standing to seek mandatory transfer of the real party in interest’s SAPCR to the county where the child had resided exclusively with them for at least two years.
