Sneed v. State, No. 02-15-00147-CR, (May 19, 2016) (Meier, J.; Dauphinot, J., concurs with opinion; Gabriel, J., concurs with opinion).

Held:  Sneed failed to preserve his argument for appellate review.

Concurrence:  The trial court erred by granting the petition to adjudicate on an allegation raised before the trial court’s intervening amendment of the conditions of community supervision, but Sneed did not object to the trial court’s considering the allegation.
