Hongpathoum v. State, Nos. 02-18-00061-CR, 02-18-00062-CR, 02-18-00063-CR (June 6, 2019) (Kerr, J., joined by Gabriel and Pittman, JJ.).

Held:  Appellant could appeal the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress that was both raised and ruled on during his adjudication hearing, but in this instance, Appellant waived his motion by raising it after the disputed evidence had already been admitted without objection. The court deleted reparations “due to CSCD” from the judgment because the record did not show the source for the amount, but the court affirmed reparations for unpaid probation fees.
