In re D.K., No. 02-19-00119-CV (Oct. 31, 2019) (Birdwell, J., joined by Kerr and Bassel, JJ.).

Held: The fact that trial court deferred, for three years, its decision on whether to require appellant to register as a sex offender did not destroy jurisdiction.  And in light of appellant’s subsequent criminal offenses and other risk factors, the trial court did not abuse its discretion by requiring registration.
