Tarrant County Bail Bond Board v. Khozindar, No. 02-21-00435-CV (Sept. 8, 2022) (Birdwell, J., joined by Sudderth, C.J., and Wallach, J.).

Held:  The trial court abused its discretion by granting Appellee a temporary injunction in this Occupations-Code-Section-1704.255 appeal from Appellant’s license-renewal denial because the plain language of Section 1704.257 precludes such relief and because Appellee did not plead any other cause of action to which Section 1704.257 would be inapplicable.
