If eligible, under section 3.4 of the JBCC Rules, you may be waived from all or part of the examination requirement (i.e., the oral and written examinations, or just the oral examination).

Depending on your experience, you may still be required to pass one or both portions of the examination.

If you must pass an examination, the exam registration fee may be waived.
